Zentangle

The Zentangle method of drawing is easy to learn, relaxing, and fun.The results are fast and beautiful. Although the amazing abstract images may look complicated, you will discover that they are achieved quite simply and are highly individual. As you grow in this practice, you may find surprising wells of creativity you forgot you possessed. It is a wonderful means of artistic expression for artists and "non-artists" of all ages.

Mary JJ

Mary JJ

Jenny and Jesse, darling nieces of the divine Katie Wolff, came to visit and tangle for a while.  As we tangled the morning away, Jenny or Jesse (?) said, “Remember when Mom showed us this one?”
She sketched the one I have for you here. It seemed so simple, so basic, and so necessary that I just knew it was already in the collection on Tangle Patterns.com. I searched for it and did not find it. My apologies if I am mistaken.
I named it for their mom, Mary, and for them, Jenny and Jesse: Mary JJ.
